ZBA Administrative Meeting Minutes

Date:  3/12/15
Hearing began at: 2:45pm

Members Present:  Jonathan Levin, Chair, Cynthia Weber, Clerk, Robert Lazzarini and Fred Chapman

Alternates: Ian Jenkins

The Board met to discuss the following administrative items:
  • FY16 budget request: Last year’s request was for $2,100 and to date $1,330 of that has been spent.  A motion was made to level fund for FY16.  The motion was seconded, discussion ensued.  The motion passed unanimously.
  • Ratify the submission of the town report for FY14.  A motion was made to approve the report as submitted which was seconded and unanimously approved.
  • The Kirson decision was briefly discussed.
  • Cynthia Weber’s contribution to the ZBA was acknowledged as she has decided not to run for re-election.  A motion was made to recognize her 40 years of service to the town and Board of Appeals.  The motion was seconded and unanimously approved.
